Kiln Gods: Guardians of Fire and Transformation

These five Clay Associates Kiln Gods seek new homes.

To the uninitiated, ceramics is just clay; to those who love the craft, it's about paying homage to the Kiln Gods. These erratic deities rule the fire, turning mortal labor into immortal art—or beautiful disaster.

Starting and maximum bids are accepted in-person at the studio during sale hours from Saturday, June 6, 10 a.m. to Saturday, June 13 at 3 p.m. After bidding closes, we’ll make automatic private bids on your behalf up to your maximum. Winners will be notified and may pick up their kiln god on Sunday, June 14 from 12:00–6:00 p.m.

Come bright and early Saturday morning for the best selection of ceramics and to place your bids on our kiln gods. We will have a variety of excellent work from our associates and students.
